How we select the Partners:
- We make sure our partners are capable of understanding client needs and quality demands.
- We check with a few of the references and ask for their experience and advice on how to work successfully with the partner.
- We entrust our associates to visit the partner and establish a good relationship.
- The proposed partners experience in handling different Project management techniques is evaluated carefully.
- Further, we check that the company has adequate equipment, stable finances and good management.
